Returns
We hope you won’t ever need to return items, but if you do, here is what you need to know about returns with us!
- You have 7 days to return items in store or online (from the day it was delivered) Items ordered online need to be shipped back to us not our vendor space in store. If you shop in store you are able to return items back at that location.
-We can refuse items if they have been worn, washed, or altered in anyway.
-Tags have to be attached to the item to return it.
- Full amount including taxes will be returned to you in case of an accepted return. The only item we will not refund is shipping. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
- Sale items are final sale! NO RETURNS! NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you receive a damaged item please send us an email or message on our business page! We will give you a refund for the item but it has to be sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving the item.
- We have a resale page on Facebook for items that don’t fit you or if you just need to downsize! This is a good way to get your money back if you would rather do that then get store credit. Please DO NOT sell items for more than you purchased them for. You will be removed from all groups!
