Shipping & Pick Up

We hope this answers any questions you may have about shipping or local pick up orders, please let me know if you have any questions that aren’t answered here! 

- We ship out orders within 4-5 business days after items were purchased. Please give us time to package and get your orders ready! 

- After your item is shipped out your confirmed invoice will be updated with tracking info! Please check this before sending us a message! 

- Standard shipping is $5.95 but will go up with weight! We try and keep these prices as low as possible!! 

- After your package is sent out, it is out of our hands! If it is delivered to the wrong address or is lost in shipping you need to contact your local post office and give them the tracking number for your package! We will help where we can but we can not control delays with post office or UPS. 

- Please make sure your address is correct when entering in your info! We are not responsible if you put the wrong address in! If we get a returned package, we will have to send you another invoice to pay for shipping again. We will not cover it! 

- Please make sure it is safe wherever we ship to, we are not responsible if your package is stolen.

- Please DO NOT show up to pick up your package until you are tagged in our Facebook group or sent an email letting you know it’s ready! Sometimes we are able to get them done quick, but please give us a minimum of 24 hours to get your package together!  

- Standard shipping is 3-5 days and priority is 1-3 Days! Sometimes shipping can take longer!
